BostonGloves is operated by GoGoods.com, a manufacturing and sales company that uses the Internet and automation to deliver to our customers the best goods and information available as quickly and accurately as possible.

Our objective is to respect and treat our customers the way we would want to be treated, including:

• Quality Products
  Our product offering must pass our own standards. We won't sell our customers a product the we wouldn't buy for ourselves.
• Thoughtful Online Design
  We provide -- as much as possible and as appropriately as possible -- online information, assistance, assurance, and confirmation during the purchase all the way through payment, shipping, and delivery.
• Optional Registration
  We offer online order management and status for our registered online customers, but we also respect that customers have many online accounts to manage, so we allow online purchases to proceed as a one-time purchase if desired.
• Opt-In/Opt-Out Email Newsletter
  We are growing rapidly. For those registered "Opt-In" customers that wish to be informed of our offering and changes, we periodically send an email annoucement. We endeavor to do it thoughtfully and respectively, so we do not "barrage" our subscribers just to send "something". We reliably offer an opt-in/opt-out option for future correspondence for our registered online customers. Unregistered customers are automatically opt-ed out of future correspondence and will only be sent email regarding their specific purchase transaction.
• No SPAM
  It is against our privacy policy to send unsolicitied email advertisements (e.g. SPAM). We do not send such email nor do we share any of your information with any other company for marketing purposes.
• No Pop-Up Advertising
  We believe that unsolicited pop-up advertising simply gets in the way of your online experience, and it is against our policy to participate in any marketing effort that employs these tactics.
